Zimin Dmitry Sergeevich

Zimin Dmitry Sergeevich, born on September 1, 2003, lived in the village of Selenginsk in the Republic of Buryatia, is a medical college student. On November 1, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 275 ("Preparation for treason"), Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Preparation for participation in the activities of a terrorist organization") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 8 years of imprisonment with the first 2 years to be served in prison, the remainder of the term - in a strict regime colony with restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year after release.
