Zabolotsky Ilya Vitalyevich

Zabolotsky Ilya Vitalyevich, born April 22, 2003, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of the city of Novoaltaisk, Altai Krai, presumably a student at the branch of the Siberian State Transport University. On October 28, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Preparation for high treason - going over to the side of the enemy”) to 5 years in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for 1 year after serving the sentence. Deprived of liberty since December 2023.
