Vladyko Yaroslav Nikolaevich

Vladyko Yaroslav Nikolaevich was born on December 9, 1995 in the city of Novomirgorod, Kirovograd region of Ukraine. At the time of his arrest, he was a citizen of Russia. He was subsequently deprived of citizenship. He lived in Moscow and worked as a picker. On June 27, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 30, Part 2 of Article 282.2 ("Preparation for participation in the activities of an extremist organization") and Part 1 of Article 30, Article 275 ("Preparation for committing treason") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 10 years in a strict regime colony. On November 21, 2023, on appeal, the term was reduced to 9 years and 10 months in a strict regime colony. The sentence also provides for a fine of 100 thousand rubles and restriction of freedom for 1 year and 6 months. He has been deprived of freedom since August 23, 2022.
