Sufianov Alim Nuritdinovich, born May 16, 1990, resident of the village of Zheleznodorozhnoye, Bakhchisarai district of Crimea. Citizen of the Russian Federation, holds Ukrainian citizenship. Married, no minor children. Worked as a hairdresser.
On charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years in prison) and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years in prison), sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony with the first 4 years to be served in prison and a year of restricted freedom after release in connection with alleged involvement in Hizb-ut-Tahrir al-islami.
Deprived of liberty since July 7, 2020.
