Shved Evgeny Viktorovich, born December 31, 1992, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of the village of Borodino, Dzhankoy district, Crimea. On February 27, 2024, he was sentenced under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 354.1 ("Denial of the facts established by the verdict of the International Military Tribunal for the Trial and Punishment of the Major War Criminals of the European Axis Countries, committed using the Internet"), Part 4 of Article 354.1 ("Dissemination of information expressing obvious disrespect for society about the days of military glory of Russia, committed using the Internet") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 2 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony. Has been in custody since June 16, 2023.
