Sheikhaliev Rustem Dinarovich, born June 22, 1979, resident of Simferopol, citizen journalist of "Crimean Solidarity". Has three children. Sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 14 years of imprisonment, of which 4 years in prison, the rest in a strict regime colony, and to restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year. In custody since March 27, 2019.
