Shangareev Emil Fanilevich, born October 17, 1993, lived in Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan, secondary specialized education, welder. Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization") to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony.
