Seitkhalilov Rustem Narimanovich
Seitkhalilov Rustem Narimanovich, born January 18, 1984, resident of Simferopol, activist of the "Crimean Solidarity", was engaged in sending parcels to political prisoners. He has three children.
Under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Art. 30 and Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony, of which 5 years to be served in prison, then after his release from the colony he will have 1 year of restricted freedom. On July 7, 2023, the appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since March 27, 2019.
