Sadriev Ildar Ildusovich
Sadriev Ildar Ildusovich, born on March 11, 1991, lived in the Nizhnekamsk region of Tatarstan, worked as a foreman at a construction site. In 2015, under Part 2 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Sale of narcotic drugs"), he was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
On April 5, 2024, under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organized group") and Part 1.1 of Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official") was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in a strict regime penal colony.
Deprived of liberty since September 16, 2021.
