Rudenko Timofei Aleksandrovich

Rudenko Timofei Aleksandrovich, born December 9, 1992, resident of Moscow, has a degree in "military psychology", reserve lieutenant, recently worked in a car service. He was charged under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public justification or propaganda of terrorism using the Internet", up to 7 years in prison). On February 6, 2024, a ruling was issued against Rudenko in accordance with Chapter 51 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation on the application of compulsory medical measures. Has been in custody since May 18, 2023 – at first, in the form of a series of continuous administrative arrests, then, since July 21, 2023 he was in a pre-trial detention center in connection with his criminal prosecution.
