Pogrebnyak Mykola Oleksandrovich

Pogrebnyak Mykola Aleksandrovich, born June 18, 1992, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the city of Berdyansk, Zaporizhia region. Nikolai is married and has a minor child. He served as a serviceman of the separate special forces detachment "Azov" of the National Guard of Ukraine.

On September 11, 2024, he was sentenced by the court under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist community") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Training in terrorist activity") to 17 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.

He was taken prisoner on May 16, 2022.
