Sentenced on October 19, 2023 under Art. 205.3 ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activity"), Part 1 of Art. 280 ("Public calls for extremist activity"), Part 2 of Art. 280 ("Public calls for extremist activity committed on the Internet"), Part 1 of Art. 30, Part 1 of Art. 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act"), Part 2 of Art. 205.2 ("Propaganda of terrorism"), Part 4 of Art. 205.1 ("Organisation of terrorist financing") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 12 years of imprisonment. On March 4, 2024, the Military Court of Appeal upheld the sentence.

Deprived of liberty since November 15, 2022.
