Parfyonovich Sergei Georgievich, born May 21, 1972, lives in Crimea.

On July 1, 2024, under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia, he was sentenced to 6 years of probation with a probationary period of 4 years. On October 3, 2024, the appellate court replaced the suspended sentence with 6 years in a general regime colony.

He was in custody from September 28 to November 15, 2022, then under house arrest until July 12, 2023, when he was transferred under a ban on certain actions. On July 28, 2023, he was again sent to house arrest. On December 20, 2023, he was released under a ban on certain actions. He was taken into custody again on October 3, 2024.
