Osmonkulov Turatbek

Osmonkulov Turatbek, born July 16, 1992, resident of Tyumen, unmarried, has one young child. Turatbek is not officially employed, worked in a cafe. Citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously convicted for participating in the activities of the Islamic Liberation Party (Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami).

On August 4, 2022, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), sentenced to 11 years in prison, including 5 years in prison, the remainder of the term in a strict regime colony.

Deprived of liberty since November 18, 2019.
