Nasyrov Vadim Gaifullaevich
Nasyrov Vadim Gaifullaevich, born February 17, 1981, lived in the city of Chelyabinsk, Muslim.
In 2013, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 205.1 ("Assistance to terrorist activity"), Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 ("Preparation for actions aimed at the violent seizure of power, as well as the violent change of the constitutional order"), Part 2 of Art. 282.2 ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 6 years in a strict regime penal colony with 1 year of restriction of freedom upon release and a fine of 150000 roubles (~€1430). He was released after serving his sentence in this case.
On March 5, 2024, he was sentenced under Part. 1.1 of Art. 205.1 ("Assistance to terrorist activity") and Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of an organisation that is recognised as terrorist in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 18 years in a special regime penal colony with the first 6 years to be served in prison on charges of participating in the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami.
