Murasov Rustem Sebatovich
Murasov Rustem Sebatovich, born July 21, 1972, resident of Sevastopol, citizen of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Divorced. Worked as an assistant cook. Previous convictions: in 2002, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Fraud committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons"), sentence of 3 years' imprisonment, in 2007 he was found guilty of the crime under Part 4 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Robbery committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons"), sentence of 8 years' imprisonment.
On charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment") and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power", liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment"), sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment with the first 4 years to be served in prison and 1 year of restricted freedom after release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since August 17, 2021.
