Minenkova Natalya Germanovna, born August 19, 1977, resident of Moscow, cashier at a dental clinic, follower of the Falun Gong teachings.
On July 23, 2025, under Part 3 of Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a foreign or international non-governmental organisation whose activities are recognised as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation"), she was sentenced to 4 years in a general regime penal colony.
Deprived of liberty since May 3, 2024.
