Menshikov Vladlen Alekseevich, born July 20, 1993, resident of the city of Rezh, Sverdlovsk region, citizen of the Russian Federation, electrician.

On April 15, 2024, he was sentenced under Article 275.1 ("Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign organisation"), Part 1 of Article 205.2 ("Public justification of terrorism") and Part 3 of Article 30 Part 1 of Article 205 ("Attempted terrorist act") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 14 years of imprisonment, of which the first 4 years will be in prison, and the remaining term - in a strict regime colony.
