Malyovany Dmitry Yuryevich, born April 24, 1990, lives in the city of Spassk-Dalny, Primorsky Krai, and is a programming teacher at a college.

He was sentenced to 7 years in a penal colony for a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of a religious organisation that has been decided to be liquidated due to extremist activity") in connection with his membership in a community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia.
