Makhmudov Tazhib Taymirovich

Makhmudov Tazhib Taymirovich, born May 4, 1982 in the village of Kaladzhukh, Akhtynsky District, Dagestan. He lived and was registered in Moscow. He has a secondary education, worked as a driver, is married and has two minor children.

He was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("Preparation for a terrorist act as part of an organised group"), Part 3 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons as part of an organised group"), Part 3 of Article 223 ("Manufacture of weapons as part of an organised group"), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Storage of weapons") of the Russian Criminal Code.

He has been in custody since November 27, 2013.
