Kurlov Aleksei Sergeevich

Kurlov Aleksei Sergeevich, born on January 7, 1991, a resident of Moscow, worked as a loader. In 2012, he was brought to criminal responsibility under Part 1 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery"). The case was dismissed on non-rehabilitating grounds.

On April 5, 2024, under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organized group") and Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official") was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony.

Deprived of liberty since September 16, 2021.
