Kolin Nikolay Nikolaevich

Kolin Nikolay Nikolaevich, born November 12, 1992, resident of Moscow, citizen of Russia, shoemaker. On July 9, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1.1. Art. 205.1 ("Financing of terrorism") and Art. 275 ("High treason in the form of providing financial assistance to a foreign state, international or foreign organization or their representatives in activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first 3 years served in prison. On November 26, 2024, the appellate court changed the sentence and reduced the punishment to 13 years 11 months with a fine of 300 thousand rubles. Deprived of liberty since April 26, 2023.
