Ismailov Azim Nazirovich

Ismailov Azim Nazirovich, born August 3, 1985, native of the village of Kushtil, Republic of Dagestan. Worked as a driver in Moscow.

Sentenced to 14 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and restriction of freedom for 1.5 years after release under Part 1 of Article 30 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"), Part 2 of Article 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal manufacture of explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal storage of explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"). Found guilty by the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016.

Effectively deprived of liberty since May 7, 2014.
