Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30, Article 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony, including 3.5 years in prison, as well as 1 year of restricted freedom upon release. The appellate court upheld the sentence.
In custody since February 17, 2021.
