Gugurik Rustem Seydalievich

Gugurik Rustem Seydalievich, born November 30, 1971, Crimean Tatar, resident of the village of Novoalekseevka, Genichesk district, Kherson region of Ukraine, citizen of Ukraine. Married, has five children, worked as a taxi driver. On charges of a crime under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation"), he was sentenced to 8 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony.
He has been in custody since March 27, 2022.
