Garina Ksenia Sergeevna

Garina Ksenia Sergeevna, born July 1, 1997, resident of the city of Tulun, Irkutsk region, employee of a security company, raising a 4-year-old son, volunteer for the ANTI PYTKI project, edited complaints of prisoners.

Accused under Part 1.1. Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Inducement, recruitment or other involvement of a person in the activities of an extremist organisation", up to 8 years' imprisonment), Part 4 of Article 33, Part 3 of Article 321 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Incitement to disorganise the activities of a penal colony", up to 12 years' imprisonment) and Part 4 of Article 33, Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Incitement to battery", up to 2 years' imprisonment).

Deprived of liberty since October 30, 2024.
