Yevseev Andrei Aleksandrovich

Yevseyev Andrei Aleksandrovich, born April 10, 2001, citizen of Russia, lived in Nizhny Novgorod, former contract serviceman in Yekaterinburg. On September 21, 2023, he was sentenced under 6 episodes of Article 159, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale or resulting in the deprivation of a citizen’s right to housing”) to 5 years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony. On February 10, 2025, he was sentenced under Article 275.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian (“Cooperation on a confidential basis with a foreign state, international or foreign organization”) to 7 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. Deprived of liberty since March 29, 2023.
