Etkeev Andrei Vasilyevich, presumably born January 11, 1968, resident of the Urzhumsky District of the Kirov Region. On November 27, 2023, he was sentenced under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation motivated by political hatred") to 5 years in prison.
