Dombaev Aslan

Dombaev Aslan, a resident of the city of Urus-Martan in the Chechen Republic. According to opposition Telegram channels, he was detained for refusing to participate in the invasion of Ukraine. He was threatened with a criminal case, it is unknown whether one was initiated against Dombaev. He was detained in mid-February 2025, was hospitalized presumably after being tortured, and died on March 17, 2025.
