Dmitrakov Ivan Mikhailovich

Dmitrakov Ivan Mikhailovich, born on August 3, 1994, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the city of Bershad, Vinnytsia region of Ukraine, serviceman of the 61st separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, squad commander. On December 12, 2024, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a" and "b" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("A terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, which entailed grave consequences") to 14 years of imprisonment with the first 3 years to be served in prison, the rest in a strict regime colony. He was taken prisoner on August 15, 2024.
