Chernova Zhanna Stanislavovna, born November 14, 1982, resident of Moscow, is in a de facto marital relationship with Dmitry Chebanov. She worked as a mobile biometrics specialist. On April 5, 2024, under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person or group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organized group") and Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official"), she was sentenced to 5 years and 2 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
