Aritkulov Dmitry Vinerovich, born May 9, 1978, lived in the village of Lavrentiya, Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, worked as an electrician in the Khabarovsk branch of PJSC Rostelecom (Telecom company). Dmitry is married, he has two minor children in his care. On October 25, 2023, he was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public justification of terrorism using the Internet"), Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for extremism using the Internet"), Article 329 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Desecration of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation").
