Arbuzov (Burkevich) Sergey Aleksandrovich

Arbuzov (Burkevich) Sergey Aleksandrovich, born November 23, 1977, resident of Vologda, worked as a taxi driver. In 2011, he was convicted under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, resulting through negligence in the death of the victim"), released in 2018. On October 15, 2020, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism on the Internet") to 5 years in prison. On May 7, 2021, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft by a group of persons by prior conspiracy with illegal entry into premises"). Based on the totality of the sentences, he was finally sentenced to 6 years in a strict regime penal colony.
