Akhmetzyanov Ildar Foatovich

Akhmetzyanov Ildar Foatovich, born July 12, 1977, Muslim, lived in the city of Chistopol, Republic of Tatarstan. Has secondary vocational education, before his arrest was engaged in retail clothing. Married, has three children born in 2003, 2007, 2008.

In 2010, he was convicted of participating in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir. On March 17, 2020, the Central District Military Court sentenced him to 17 years in prison under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation").

Deprived of liberty since his arrest on October 10, 2018.
