On charges of involvement in Hizb ut-Tahrir, he was sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, of which 5 years to be served in prison, the rest of the time in a strict regime penal colony, with restriction of freedom for 1 year under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power").
In custody since March 28, 2019.

Abdulkadyrov Vladlen Vasilievich, born December 28, 1979, activist, engaged in sending parcels to political prisoners. He has three children.
